Regimental, Brigade, and Division Headquarters & Support

Regiment (~2,300 Marines total) Includes Regimental HQ staff (~80–100 Marines) sized to command 3 Battalions and the attached Artillery Battery.

Brigade (~7,400 Marines total) Consists of 3 Regiments plus a substantial Brigade HQ and Support element (~800–1,000 Marines). This includes:

  • Brigade Commander (Brigadier General or Colonel)
  • Executive Officer, Operations, Intelligence, Logistics, Communications, and Fire Support Coordination staff
  • Brigade Engineer Battalion, Logistics Battalion, Medical Company (Navy Corpsmen), Intelligence Company, and additional Systems Operators

Division (~16,300 Marines total) Consists of 2 Brigades plus Division HQ and Support (~1,200–1,500 Marines). This includes higher-level command, sustainment, intelligence, and theater-level coordination assets.

Strategic Role

Each Duchy maintains at least one full Marine Division (~16,300 Marines) to independently handle a single theater of operations.

The Brigade is the primary combined-arms maneuver formation. The Division provides the command layer for sustained theater-level operations.
